Ethics – A 2008 Revised Perspective

The CFP Board announced major revisions to the Code of Ethics that govern the professional conduct of certificants effective July 1, 2008. This exciting multi-media interactive presentation with video case studies will provide an ethics training program that will help you understand the implications of the changes and how it will affect your interaction with clients. Many issues will be presented and discussed including what it means to be a fiduciary, written agreements governing financial services and compensation disclosure. Joel M. Weiner, JD, CFP®, CFDP®, ChFC, CLU, CFS, CSA; Professional Training Services, Inc., Palatine, IL
